A swift response to an alleged attempted burglary in Rochester saw the suspects arrested within minutes.
Kent Police was called at 4am on Wednesday 15 April 2026 to reports of two men on a High Street pub roof trying to open a window.
Officers patrolling the area swiftly arrived at the scene and surrounded the building, ordering the men to come to the ground. An 18 year old man from Sittingbourne and a 21 year old from Sheerness were arrested at 4.07am on suspicion of attempted burglary.
Both remain in custody.
