Kent Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A249 near the Stockbury roundabout. The incident occurred at 10:05 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, involving a silver Land Rover Discovery and a black BMW 1 series near the Chalky Lane junction.
Emergency services, including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service, and Kent Fire and Rescue Service, responded to the scene.
A male passenger in his 30s from the BMW sustained severe injuries and was airlifted to a London hospital for urgent treatment. A female passenger in her 30s from the Land Rover also suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Both individuals are currently receiving medical care and are reported to be in a stable condition. Their families have been notified. One of the drivers involved was also taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
