Shortly after 4.35pm on Tuesday 9 April 2024, Kent Police was called to a report of a fracas involving a group of teenagers and a number of adults in Deal High Street.
Patrols who attended the incident arrested two boys, aged 15 and 14, on suspicion of affray nearby. A 17-year-old girl has also since been arrested in connection with the incident.
Enquiries at the scene led to two people reporting assaults, a man and a teenage boy.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing and officers would like to speak to anyone who was involved and has yet to come forward, or witnesses who saw what happened.
