Detectives investigating a reported attempted robbery in Gillingham have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to.
The incident occurred outside the town’s railway station at around 11.30pm on Sunday 7 June 2026. The victim reported being followed off a train and out of the station by another man who demanded to see his mobile phone. After the victim ignored the request, he was punched to the ground, sustaining minor injuries. The assailant fled the scene empty-handed.
