Witnesses are sought following a serious two vehicle collision on the A28 in Chilham near Canterbury on Thursday 19 March 2026 which left two men injured.
At 8.22am, a white Nissan Navara was travelling south towards Ashford when it was involved in a collision with a grey Vauxhall Corsa which was travelling north towards Canterbury.
Emergency services attended the scene and the driver of the Corsa was transported to a London hospital where he remains in a critical condition. A second man, the driver of the Navara, was taken to a local hospital with injuries and has since been discharged.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are urging witnesses including those who saw either vehicle before the collision to come forward.
