Investigators are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a tragic incident in Hectorage Road, Tonbridge at approximately 5.30pm on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
It occured as a stationary silver Vauxhall Mokka moved off and the rear nearside passenger fell from the vehicle onto the road. The passenger, a woman in her 80s, suffered critical injuries and went to hospital where she later died.
