A 65-year-old Tunbridge Wells man has been charged with two counts of exposure following alleged incidents near his home.
The suspect was arrested on the evening of Friday, May 9, 2025, after reports of a man committing an indecent act near Grove Hill Road. The charges include a previous alleged offence in the same area in June of last year.
The man appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, May 12 and pleaded not guilty, and was released on bail. His trial is scheduled for Maidstone Magistrates’ Court starting on December 18.
