Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old girl was found with leg injuries near a busy roundabout in Dover earlier this week.

Officers are currently working to piece together the events leading up to the discovery of the teenager at approximately 5:45pm on Monday, April 14, 2025. She was located near the junction of Coombe Valley Road and Poulton Close.

Following the incident, the girl was taken to a local hospital for precautionary health checks and treatment for her injuries.

Authorities are keen to understand the circumstances surrounding how the teenager sustained her injuries and are urging anyone who may have seen her prior to her discovery to come forward. In particular, police are appealing to members of the public who reportedly assisted the girl near the roundabout.
