Police are urging witnesses to come forward following the charging of a suspect in connection with alleged sexual assaults against two teenage girls.

The incidents are reported to have occurred in two separate locations. On Sunday, March 9, 2025, a young person was reportedly assaulted while seated on a bench in Grosvenor and Hilbert Park. Police responded to a call at 12:17 PM and apprehended a suspect at the scene.

The individual has been charged with two counts of sexual assault. These charges also relate to a separate incident on October 22, 2024, where another victim was allegedly approached and assaulted on High Brooms Road, Southborough.

The suspect has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on April 7.
