Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged assault and driving incident on Arethusa Road, Rochester. Kent Police were called to the scene shortly before 9am on Thursday, February 13, 2025, following reports of a disturbance.
It is alleged that the driver of a Ford Galaxy collided with another vehicle and subsequently threatened the other driver. A 44-year-old local man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and a driving offence. He has since been released on bail pending further inquiries.
The victim of the alleged assault had left the scene before police arrived and has yet to be identified. Investigators are urging the victim, as well as any other witnesses to the incident who have not yet spoken to officers, to come forward.
