In a dramatic police operation, a massive cannabis farm worth an estimated £3 million has been dismantled in Tunbridge Wells. Five men have been charged and remanded in custody following the discovery of the sophisticated growing operation within a converted business unit.

The operation began on Friday when local police spotted a suspicious vehicle in the High Brooms area. A subsequent investigation led them to a commercial warehouse in Chapman Way, where officers were met with a staggering sight of thousands of cannabis plants meticulously cultivated within the premises.

The five suspects, arrested at the scene and during the initial vehicle stop, will be appearing at Maidstone Crown Court next month.
