Ashford taxi driver loses appeal and has taxi license revoked

An Ashford taxi driver, Tashil Hashemi, has lost his appeal against the revocation of his taxi driver’s license by Ashford Borough Council. The decision was made by Margate Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

The council’s decision to revoke his taxi driver’s license was based on a series of complaints and allegations against Mr. Hashemi, including:
