An incident occurred near a public house on Leysdown Road in Leysdown at approximately 5:35 PM on Saturday, 28 September 2024 in which, according to reports, a man approached a stationary white van and threatened a woman he knew who was sitting inside, while also punching the vehicle.
Patrols were called to the scene, and a 47-year-old man from Dartford was arrested. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
Officers are urging anyone with information that could assist their investigation to come forward. Residents with private CCTV and motorists with dashcams are also asked to check for any relevant footage.
