In a shocking turn of events at the Faversham Hop Festival, a man in his 50s was viciously attacked near the Standard Quay bar around 5:35 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
The victim, enjoying his evening, was suddenly approached by an unknown assailant. Following a heated altercation, the attacker allegedly inflicted a severe injury to the man’s ear.
Police are urgently seeking witnesses to this brutal assault. Investigators have been scouring CCTV footage and are now appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
The suspect is described as a white male, aged between 30 and 40, approximately 6ft tall, of slim build, with slightly curly brown hair, and wearing a white long-sleeved top. He was accompanied by two other white men: one of similar age with dark hair and dark clothing, and another older, larger man.
