PC Victoria Minter said:

‘We appreciate the image is not of the best quality, but we hope it might jog someone’s memory.

‘As well as the two men pictured, we believe that two people, described as a man and woman in their 40s, may have witnessed the incident and have yet to come forward.’

Anyone with information, or who recognises the two men pictured, is urged to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/117218/24 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or complete their online form.
