Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a building site blaze in Pond Hill Lane, Folkestone just after 8.30pm on Saturday evening, 10 August.

Three fire engines attended, and firefighters used hose reel jets to put out the flames which were believed to be from construction materials. Crews reported there were no injuries and left the site shortly after 10.00pm.

The cause of the blaze is currently being treated as suspicious.
