Kent Police is continuing to appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage following a fatal collision on the road between Canterbury and Sandwich last week.
Shortly before 1pm on Friday 19 July 2024, a collision involving a motorcycle and a green Range Rover took place on the A257 between Littlebourne and Wingham, near the junction with Cherville Lane. Emergency services attended and the motorcyclist was flown to a London hospital. The 58-year-old man from Canterbury sustained serious injuries and has since died.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened, or has dashcam footage of the collision or the moments leading up to it.
