Kent Police was called at 2.42am on Sunday 28 July 2024 to a report of a disturbance involving a group of people outside a premises on Harbour Parade, Ramsgate where it was alleged a man had been assaulted by three men and sustained injuries.

Police arrived with South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man in his twenties was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment and later discharged.

Officers arrested a 23-year-old man and a 28-year-old man on suspicion of assault later in the day. The men have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
