At around 2.40am on Tuesday 18 June 2024, a group of at least three people was seen climbing over a wall of a property in Truro Road, Ramsgate which followed a similar incident in which an outbuilding was broken into in the same area at around 3.35am on Saturday 15 June.
Nothing was stolen in either incident but an investigation is underway to identify those involved and witnesses are being sought by police investigating the reports of attempted burglary in Ramsgate.
Officers believe a white Ford Transit van and a red sports car, possibly an Alfa Romeo, which were seen in the area at those times, may be linked to the offences.
