Officers investigating a report of indecent exposure in Rochester have arrested and charged a man over the incident which took place at around 11.30am on Thursday 9 May 2024 near City Way.
An investigation was launched, and enquiries led officers to arrest a suspect. They also seized a vehicle and following a search of an address in Medway they recovered a quantity of cocaine and cannabis.
A 43-year-old man from Chatham, was later charged with outraging public decency together with charges of possessing class A and class B drugs, forging a registration document, driving without a licence and insurance and using a motor vehicle without a valid test certificate.
The suspect is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 14 May.
