Kent Police was called at 10.18pm on Friday 19 April 2024, after a white Ford Fiesta struck fences, a stationary vehicle and an adjacent property in Minster Road, on the Isle of Sheppey.

The vehicle had been travelling from the junction with Halfway Road towards The Broadway at the time of the incident. The occupants left the scene on foot before police arrived.

An investigation is underway and witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police are urged to contact the appeal line. Police are keen to trace the driver of a car that had been travelling close to the Fiesta and in the same direction, immediately prior to the collision.
