Appeal for witnesses after £1,900 worth of electric toothbrushes reported stolen from Waitrose in Tenterden

Police investigating a high value shoplifting offence at a store in Tenterden have released CCTV images of two people who may have important information about the incident.

It is reported that two women walked into Waitrose on Sayers Lane at around 4.30pm on Monday 19 February 2024 and allegedly picked up approximately £1,900 worth of electric toothbrushes and electric toothbrush heads. They then reportedly left the store but made no attempt to pay.

Having completed a number of enquiries into the incident officers are now asking for the public’s help.
