Suspect charged over pub burglary in Ashford

It’s reported that, in the early hours of Wednesday 13 March 2024, a pub in Willesborough was broken into and items including alcohol were taken.

Quick work by officers from Ashford’s Community Safety Unit led to the arrest of a man aged 27, on Friday 15 March.

Ashford’s Victim Based Crime Team continued the investigation and later charged a local man with burglary. He was remanded to appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday 18 March.
