At around 12.35pm on Wednesday 31 January 2024, a parcel was reported stolen from outside a house in Crabble Way, Dover.
Officers from the town’s Neighbourhood Beat Team carried out an investigation, reviewing CCTV and doorbell footage, which lead to an arrest three hours later.
A suspected thief has been charged following an express response by police in Dover.
A 30-year-old man from Dover, was later charged with theft and possession of cannabis and is due to appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday 26 February.
