A driver was assaulted by another motorist in a suspected road rage incident in Borough Green, police have said. The attack took place at around 1pm on Friday 5 January 2024, on Western Road.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was hit with an object after getting out of his car following an argument with the other driver. He suffered cuts to his head and an arm injury, and was treated at a local hospital.
Police arrested a 51-year-old man from West Kingsdown on suspicion of assault. He has been released on bail until 29 March, while the investigation continues.
