Witnesses are being sought after a man was seriously assaulted during a robbery in Gillingham at around 6pm on Monday 20 November 2023 in an alleyway between Priestfield Road and Gordon Road.

During the incident the victim, a man in his 20s, was robbed of his money and mobile phone and suffered injuries consistent with puncture wounds. He was taken to hospital and since been discharged.

The suspects have been described as two white men in their 20s and both were around five foot eight inches and five foot 10 inches.

Both suspects were wearing dark coloured hooded tops with one wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and the other suspect in dark coloured trousers. This man was also wearing a dark coloured beany-style hat. One offender was also wearing gloves.

Following the incident the suspects ran down the alleyway away from the football stadium.

Constables have since carried out various enquiries including reviewing CCTV, and they are now asking the public with dashcams and private CCTV to check their footage for anything captured between 5.45pm and 6.15pm on Monday 20 November.
