A man has appeared in court charged with sexual offences following an investigation by police in Folkestone.
The accused is charged with sexually touching a child under the age of 13 between 2004 and 2007, sexual assault on a woman between 2020 and 2021 and failing to comply with the terms of the sex offenders’ register in 2023.
The 47-year-old, of no fixed address, appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 20 September and was remanded in custody to appear before Canterbury Crown Court on Monday 23 October.
