A 16-year-old boy has been charged with stabbing a man in a street in Dartford.

The incident happened in London Road, Dartford, at around 5pm on Sunday 9 July 2023. The teenager allegedly attacked the man and fled the scene. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries but has since been released.

The boy was arrested and charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon. He appeared in Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 19 July and was released on bail until his next hearing at Medway Youth Court on Thursday 27 July.
