If you’re a fan of football and pizza, you’re in luck. The Premier League trophy, the shiny silver prize that every team dreams of lifting, is coming to Whitfield Service Station on Wednesday (26 July).

The trophy, which is currently in the possession of Manchester City, the unstoppable champions of the past six seasons, will be on display at the Budgens store from 11am to 1pm. You may be able to take a selfie with it, touch it, or even kiss it (if you’re feeling brave).

But that’s not all. The trophy’s visit coincides with the grand opening of a new Fireaway Pizza outlet at the service station, which will serve delicious pizzas made with fresh ingredients and cooked in just four minutes. You can choose from over 50 toppings and four types of cheese, or create your own custom pizza.

The new Fireaway Pizza outlet is part of a £1.5m redevelopment of Whitfield Services, which also includes a revamped BP filling station and a transformed Budgens store that now offers a full range of groceries and products.

Dover MP Natalie Elphicke will be there to cut the ribbon and welcome the new business, which is expected to create some 15 new jobs and provide more parking spaces for customers.

The Fireaway outlet will be open from 11am to midnight on weekdays and until 2am the next morning on Fridays and Saturdays. So whether you need a quick bite, a late-night snack, or a pizza party, Fireaway has you covered.

Don’t miss this chance to see the Premier League trophy and enjoy some tasty pizza at Whitfield Service Station. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for football and food lovers alike.
