Kent Police is appealing for information into an alleged indecent exposure and sexual assault in Chatham.

The incidents are reported to have involved two separate victims at the Pentagon Centre between 5.30pm and 6pm on Friday 16 June 2023.

A man is reported to have forcibly touched one woman inappropriately over her clothing. He is also alleged to have exposed himself to another before causing damage to a taxi.

Kent Police officers attended and arrested a 37-year-old man from Rochester in connection to the offences. He remains in custody.

Both women left the scene before police attendance and officers are keen to hear from them by calling 101 or online at www.kent.police.uk/report
