Officers in Medway have arrested a man who they suspect of being a drug dealer after spotting his car in the Medway Tunnel.
The car was traced to the Dockside Outlet Centre’s car park on Saturday 10 June 2023, where officers searched it and found several mobile phones, £500 in cash and about 12 bags of white powder that they believe to be cocaine.
They also searched a nearby property and discovered more bags of white powder, also thought to be the class A drug.
The man, who is 28 and from Chatham, was arrested on suspicion of drug dealing, driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
He has been released on bail while investigations continue.
