More than 100 cocaine deals in a safe have been seized by officers investigating class A drug supply in Maidstone.
At around 8pm on Wednesday 6 July 2022, constables from the Maidstone Town Centre Task Force saw a car they suspected was involved in drug dealing.
The vehicle was stopped in Hardy Street and a search led to the seizure of cocaine, cash and mobile phones. The occupants, two men, were arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences.
When the officers searched a house connected to the men near the town centre, approximately £8,000 worth of cocaine deals were found in a safe along with further cash. A 35-year-old woman who was present at this property was also detained.
Investigators then searched an address in Tenterden where they seized around £10,000 in cash in a second safe. Two further suspects at the premises, a man and a woman, were also arrested and taken into custody.
