Police are investigating a suspected arson at a business in Gillingham.

The incident happened between 8.50pm and 9.15pm on Tuesday 25 January 2022 at a premises in Gads Hill.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service attended and extinguished the fire that had started inside the entrance to the property.

Inspector Vanessa Foster, of the Medway Community Safety Unit, said: ‘We are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen somebody acting suspiciously in the area to contact the appeal line.
‘Motorists with dashcam and local residents with private CCTV are also asked to check for footage that may assist the investigation.’
